If you wish to book by post, please select a retreat from our calendar page and then use the ‘book by post’ button to generate a printable booking form which you can then send together with full payment or a £70 deposit, which is non-returnable and non-transferable.
A deposit will hold your place until six weeks before the retreat starts at which point you must pay the full balance (failure to do so may result in losing your place on the retreat). If booking within the six-week period before the retreat, you will need to send the full amount.
If you know in advance you are unable to arrive on the day a retreat starts, or would need to leave before the final day, your booking is unlikely to be accepted. This is to protect retreat conditions for fellow retreatants. If you feel you have exceptional circumstances, please get in touch to discuss with the retreat leader.
Please note that single rooms can only be reserved for serious medical conditions, please contact us for clarification before booking. We ask that you do not request to share a room with your partner.
