Prakasha
I was ordained by Sangharakshita in 1977 during my involvement at the L.B.C.
I joined the Vajraloka community in the early 1980’s. This started a long term connection and I am currently the center’s President.
During the 1990’s I spent 5 years living at Padmaloka as a member of the Ordination team leading study.
Then 5 years living at Guhyaloka in the Spanish mountains on intensive retreat.
I have a long term interest in meditation and have practised and taught a wide range of approaches. I have been leading meditation retreats at various retreat center’s since 2001.
My teaching grows out of my practice and I emphasize the importance of embodiment, imagination and awareness.
