Karunachitta
Karunachitta was ordained in 1990 by Srimala.
She lives in Norfolk and has been an Iyengar Yoga teacher from 1990.
She’s been always into meditation and a is a regular on silent meditation retreats.
She also trained as a Sound Healer, Gongbaths with singing bowls.
Karunachitta loves wild places, she’s a bit of an artist who paints trees… loves the ocean… and birdsong!

Our ‘precious human body’ is the first and most important foundation not just of mindfulness, but of meditation and Dharma practice as a whole. The teaching of the Buddha’s ‘Three Bodies’ (trikaya) suggests that there is far, far more to the body than meets the eye. These could be summarised as the bodies of truth (dharmakaya), of living energy (sambhogakaya) and of manifestation (nirmanakaya).
