Retreat Title: Refresher Retreat

Way back in the mists of time, Vajraloka used to have ‘refresher retreats’ - a simple opportunity to be here on retreat, have a regular programme and a little appropriate input to help bring some liveliness and inspiration to your practice. We’ve tried various other titles for what we wish to offer on this retreat, but really, ‘refresher’ says it all.
Whether you’re relatively new to meditation or have been practising for many years, we wish to offer you whatever will help refresh and deepen your practice. To ensure that we meet you where you are, we’ll offer not only helpful perspectives on our main practices to everyone, but also one-to-one exploration of your own practice situation with a member of the team.
