Subtly, we turn away from life and dull down. This retreat will challenge this habitual response and give you the tools to turn towards experience and embrace it with the love and responsiveness of the Brahmaviharas.
We will engage with the Brahmaviharas drawing out both their active and receptive components and show how they can be a complete path to awakening.
The session times will be (UK time):
09.30 - 11.30 - interactive session with led meditations
16.30 - 17.15 - Open meditation with bells, no input
20.00 - 21.00 - Some input or discussion and a led meditation
This is a dana event – please give whatever you can afford via the donation button on any page of this website. The principle of dana includes you being welcome to a free retreat – we don’t want anyone to be financially constrained from attending.
