Opening to the Body![]() image © lokabandhu The body is a key foundation of mindfulness, but modern attitudes towards it, and the pace of life, mean it can so easily be ‘left behind’ in our dharma practice. On this retreat we will explore and practice different ways of opening to the mystery of our bodies, mainly through periods of sitting, walking meditation and simple exercises. As the body becomes more alive in our moment-to-moment experience, we will taste how this can ground, guide and inspire us. 10 - 17 Oct 2008
