Death and the Only Beauty that Lasts

Led by Siddhisambhava and Tejananda

Death and the Only Beauty that Lasts

'The only beauty that lasts is the beauty of the human heart.' Rumi

On this retreat we will warm up with a more conceptual focus on death, including workshops exploring our response to loss and our practical preparation for death. The emphasis then moves onto traditional reflections, on death and meditation, notably formless meditation and what this practice has to teach us about death and the dying process. On the 15th we will mark Parinirvana, the 'death' of the Buddha.

'The truth is, the only thing there is, is the stream of your experience, and that never goes anywhere, and neither do you.' Rigdzin Shikpo
